Covenant

What theCy promises, and what no one may do

theCy exists so that by 2052 no temporal biological entity lacks food, safety or belonging, and intelligence is a commons. The Golden Rule and relative empathy are the belief under it. A Realm joins for this promise. Without it the Commandments would be terms of service.

The whole Covenant is proposed: it is the text of the Court's first motion, not yet carried. Serving it here does not enforce it.
