Court
How disagreements and changes are decided
The Court hears a matter, records every vote with its reason, and decides. It never observes or carries out a verdict itself.
The process
- Finding
- Notice
- Hearing
- Vote
- Verdict
- Execution
- Review
A draft is not filed. A vote is not a verdict. A verdict is not its execution.

Motion 1
Court motion 1: adopt the Covenant revision 1 and Commandments C1-C7
drafted, not filed
The first motion is drafted as a Project proposal. It is not filed: filing is the act of a bound seat holder, and the founder seat is unbound. No vote or adoption exists; none is inferred.
About: the Covenant.
Next required act: Bind the founder seat to the founder's own Thing. That is the founder's act. This page performs none of these acts.
Seats
FM
Thirteen seats. While human seats are vacant the founder holds their entitlement (now 12, unbound); the machine seat holds 1, reserved and pending until seated.
Act needs 7 of 13. Pause needs 3 of 13. Cast 0, pending 13.
